Jennifer is a member of the firm’s insurance litigation and employment law groups. She was called to the Bar in 2016 after completing her articling year with the firm. Jennifer has gained significant court experience early in her career. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court, on a range of matters including express motions, default judgments, settlement conference, and trial management conferences. She has also appeared before the Landlord and Tenant Board on a number of occasions.
A skilled and confident communicator in both French and English, Jennifer prides herself on keeping her clients fully informed as she progresses a file from start to finish. Her keen organizational skills come into play as she efficiently manages multiple files at various stages – from initial assessment, to research, to preparation for trial or settlement conferences. Jennifer has a passion for musical theatre and performed in many productions throughout university. The experience taught her the value of being prepared and well-rehearsed – qualities that she now applies to her work as a litigator.
