Meghan strives to achieve successful results for her clients through meticulous research, detailed preparation and skilled oral and written advocacy. 
 
Meghan has appeared at motions and trials before the Superior Court of Justice, at appeals before the Ontario Court of Appeal and at hearings before the Landlord and Tenant Board.  She acts for financial institutions and lenders in mortgage enforcement and unsecured and secured collections matters.
 
Meghan has extensive experience in the negotiation of domestic contracts and the resolution of challenging issues arising as a result of the breakdown of a relationship including custody, access, support and property.  She is familiar with the multitude of issues arising in cases involving self-employed parties and complex business valuations.
 
Meghan takes a strong and disciplined approach to representing her clients by way of negotiation, mediation and in court.  She takes a proactive approach to communication with clients to guide them through the legal process.
 
An award winning academic, Meghan now serves on the Ontario Bar Association Executive Council and is a past Chair of the Ontario Bar Association's Young Lawyer's Division East.
