Patricia is an associate advising on business law, commercial real estate & development, and residential real estate. Whether she is advising a small business owner on their incorporation and shareholders agreement, or part of the legal team assisting on a major financing or M&A transaction, Patricia takes a collaborative approach with clients and team to ensure client needs are met. Patricia’s practice also includes estate planning.

Prior to law school, Patricia worked in the banking sector advising clients on their everyday banking needs. That experience drove her to pursue a career that allowed her to share her expertise with clients and to assist them as they pursue their own business and personal goals. She tailors her approach to each client’s individual needs and provides them with reassurance that their matter is in safe hands.

Prior to her call to the Bar of Ontario, Patricia clerked at Montreal’s municipal court and completed an asset management internship at a firm in France. She was also an active member of McGill Law School’s business law clinic. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring great restaurants with friends and family, losing herself in the latest murder mystery best seller and working on her French and Spanish.
