Sarah’s litigation practice is primarily focused on insurance defence litigation, commercial and construction disputes and debt collection.
Her insurance experience includes acting on motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall cases and property damage claims. Sarah's practice is not limited to insurance litigation. She also has experience acting on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial and construction matters.
Using her analytical skills, Sarah assesses the risks and strengths of each case and clients can count on her to provide a forthright assessment in each matter. She enjoys building a collaborative working relationship with her clients and strives to find solutions to each claim that meet the goals of her clients.
From initial file review and claim assessment through to settlement, Sarah combines exceptional organization skills with regular communication to ensure matters are always progressing.
Never one to shy away from pushing herself outside her comfort zone, Sarah has traveled on her own to more than forty countries. Wherever she finds herself, she embraces the opportunity to connect directly with the people and culture. When not out seeing the world, she enjoys biking around Ottawa and cooking.
