Tor is an Associate Lawyer in the firm’s litigation group with a focus on insurance defence, commercial litigation, employment and construction. From the early assessment of a claim to negotiating a fair and timely settlement, Tor strives to deliver effective representation while keeping clients up to date on the progress of their file. Prior to joining Kelly Santini, Tor gained valuable experience practicing insurance claims working as plaintiffs’ counsel, and experience in employment and construction while at a general practice firm.

Tor has experience conducting discoveries, mediations and representing clients in Court. He aims to resolve matters for his clients in the most efficient manner possible. When resolution cannot be reached by negotiation, he advocates for his clients in Court, diligently preparing to get his clients the best results.

Tor is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, and the Law Society of Ontario. Tor received a “5 Years of Service” volunteer award for providing pro bono legal advice. Outside of practicing law, Tor enjoys walking his dog at the Arboretum, camping, and skiing.
