Zenah is a member of the firm’s insurance defence group advising on property and personal injury claims. Zenah combines proactive solution with a collaborative approach to working with clients. Claims handlers and adjusters can count on her to provide a timely and clear assessment of each claim and to always be kept informed about the developments on a file and options for resolution.

Zenah has a background in criminology and experience working on criminal defence, medical malpractice and insurance claims. She is adept at working productively with people on both sides of a file and she is at ease dealing with complicated facts and handling negotiations, examinations and mediations when emotions are running high.

Throughout her studies, Zenah was a dedicated volunteer with Ottawa Victims Services, the Boys and Girls Club and Pro Bono Students Canada. She also gained extensive experience advocating for others as a volunteer with the Queen’s University Prison Law Clinic. She enjoys down time with her pug, Otis, cooking, traveling, scary movies and improving her golf game.
