Silvia is a business and real estate lawyer. She advises business owners on a range of corporate matters, including incorporations, shareholder agreements, financing and business purchases and sales. She also advises businesses on commercial real estate matters, including property acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing arrangements.

Silvia also assists individuals and families with residential real estate transactions and estate planning. Her work includes advising clients on the purchase and sale of homes and preparing wills and Powers of Attorney to help individuals plan for the management and transfer of their assets.

Silvia enjoys working directly with clients at important moments in their personal and professional lives. She focuses on understanding their priorities, setting clear expectations, and developing legal solutions that support both current needs and long-term goals.

Outside the office, Silvia enjoys exploring her creative side through a variety of crafting projects. She is always eager to stay active and try new activities with friends, whether it’s taking a new fitness class or learning a new hobby.
