Digital Shelf Space is an independent creator, producer and distributor of home entertainment content targeted at the fitness and sports instruction market and is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. 

Tim McCunn and Diem Nguyen also advised Fin-XO with respect to Sunora Foods Inc.’s qualifying transaction withThoroughbred Capital Inc., as well as the concurrent private placement of $1,100,000. Sunora, a trader in the global food oil industry, is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
