Michael Nehme is a lawyer in the Real Estate and Business Law practice groups.

In his real estate practice, Michael advises on all aspects of real estate law, including the purchase, sale, financing, and leasing of commercial property, as well as real estate development. Michael also uses his real estate experience to act on hundreds of residential transactions every year, assisting clients with the purchase, sale, and refinancing of their homes. In addition, Michael is pleased to assist clients with the drafting of their Wills and Powers of Attorney.

In his business law practice, Michael advises on all aspects of corporate/commercial law, including incorporations, purchase and sale of businesses, lending and borrowing transactions, as well as contract drafting, review and negotiation. Michael works with a variety of business owners and founders, including franchise owners, restaurant owners, store owners, tech company founders, and licenced professionals, such as dentists, doctors, and pharmacists.

Michael grew up in an entrepreneurial family and understands first-hand the challenges and expectations of business owners and what it takes for those businesses to succeed. He is committed to ensuring clients succeed through effective legal representation and dedicated client service. Michael is an active member of the community and has been involved with many community groups and organizations over the years, including the Canadian-Lebanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Michael is pleased to assist clients in English, French, or Arabic.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and friends, being active and outdoors, reading, and watching professional sports.
