Doug has been advising individuals, businesses and developers from his base in Ottawa’s west end for over 43 years. His practice is focused on property development and residential real estate.

Property developers and builders turn to Doug for all aspects of their projects including land acquisition, guidance through the development process, assistance with financing and sales to home buyers. Over the years, he has advised on numerous developments in Ottawa and the surrounding Townships including Kemptville, Beckwith, West Carleton, Osgoode and Greely.

Each year, Doug acts for many home buyers and sellers on their residential real estate transactions and re-financing needs.

Doug is beginning to restrict his practice to real estate matters only as he slowly looks to retire from the practice over the next couple of years.
