Before being called to the Bar, Agron spent more than a decade working in law firms across Canada and the United States in a variety of legal support roles. From real estate closings to business acquisitions, sales and financing, Agron has hands-on experience working closely with clients on hundreds of transactions.

In his corporate practice, Agron works with entrepreneurs and business owners at every stage of growth—from incorporating a new company to supporting day-to-day legal needs such as drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing shareholder agreements, and advising on business sales, mergers, and acquisitions.

He also advises commercial property owners and business owners on the purchase and sale of commercial properties, leasing agreements, refinancing, and property transfers. Agron acts for individual on residential real estate transactions including purchases, sales, and refinancing.
