Andrew maintains a broad litigation practice with a focus on corporate/securities, commercial, and construction disputes, as well as estates matters. His experience includes representing clients in complex arbitrations, trials, and regulatory hearings, including appearances before the Capital Markets Tribunal, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Commercial List in Toronto.
Clients and colleagues appreciate Andrew’s analytical approach and ability to think several steps ahead while maintaining a practical, collaborative mindset. His thorough preparation and attention to detail ensure he provides clear, strategic advice aimed at achieving the best outcomes for his clients — whether through negotiation or advocacy in court.
Before joining Kelly Santini LLP, Andrew practiced at both a Toronto litigation boutique and one of Canada’s largest national law firms, where he gained valuable experience managing files independently, shaping litigation strategy, and appearing in high-stakes matters.
Andrew was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2021 after graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he received several academic and extracurricular awards. He was the 2020 recipient of the Dominic Carinci Graduation Award for achieving the third highest grade in corporate and real estate law, as well as the 2019 Hennick Centre Business Law Award recipient for academic achievement across business law courses. During law school, Andrew was a licensed Small Claims Court mediator, served as an adjudicator on Osgoode’s Academic Discipline Tribunal, and placed second in the national Davies Corporate/Securities Appellate Law Moot.
Outside of his legal practice, Andrew enjoys hiking, biking, ultimate frisbee, and exploring Ottawa’s green spaces. He also volunteers with pro bono legal initiatives to provide access to justice for underserved communities.
