Christine’s practice focuses on insurance defence matters, including personal injury claims, property damage and fire loss claims, construction-related disputes, coverage issues, and liability matters. A bilingual lawyer known for her practical, straightforward advice, Christine believes that an early, realistic assessment of claims often leads to better outcomes for all parties while reducing unnecessary legal costs.

Christine’s extensive litigation experience spans all stages of the claims process, from investigation and assessment through discovery, mediation, trial preparation, and resolution. She has particular strength in trial preparation and litigation strategy, drawing on extensive experience assisting on complex disputes.

Having represented both insurers and injured plaintiffs early in her career, Christine brings a balanced perspective to dispute resolution. She takes a collaborative approach to litigation and works closely with clients, insurers, and adjusters to achieve efficient and effective outcomes.

Christine is a member of Kelly Santini’s Articling Committee, where she enjoys mentoring articling students and supporting the development of the firm’s future lawyers. An avid soccer player who has competed internationally, she enjoys encouraging young athletes to build confidence, develop resilience, and discover the lifelong rewards of being part of a team.
