Genevieve also supports business owners on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including business purchases and sales, corporate reorganizations, and commercial real estate and leasing transactions. She also works with franchisors and franchisees on franchise agreements, disclosure requirements, and franchise system development.

Outside the office, Genevieve enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, and unwinding at her family’s camp near Calabogie. Most of all, she values time spent with family, friends and cats.
