Guy’s practice focuses on residential real estate, wills and estates, and estate administration. He helps individuals and families navigate many of life’s most important decisions, providing practical advice and thoughtful guidance tailored to their unique circumstances. Fluently bilingual, Guy advises clients in both English and French.

In his real estate practice, Guy assists clients with the purchase and sale of homes, condominiums, and new-build properties, and advises on a range of related real estate matters, including severances, subdivision agreements, title issues and easements. Guy also advises clients on wills, powers of attorney, estate planning, probate applications, and estate administration.

Drawing on decades of experience, Guy is adept at handling matters that require creative problem-solving. He takes a thoughtful approach to unusual and complex situations and works closely with accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals when specialized tax, cross-border, or estate issues arise.

Originally from Saint-Boniface (now Winnipeg), Guy was called to the bar in Manitoba in 1989 where he remains a non-practicing member of the Manitoba Bar. He is active in the community, has served on municipal advisory committees and as a board member for a variety of local not-for-profit groups. Guy is a member of l’Association des juristes d’expression française de l’Ontario and of the County Carleton Law Association.
