Matt is a Partner with Kelly Santini’s Business Group, practicing in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, sports law, corporate law and estate planning & administration.

Since joining the firm in 2010, Matt has developed a varied and diverse real estate practice, having assisted thousands of buyers and sellers on all aspects of real estate transactions ranging from first time buyers and sellers to seasoned real estate investors. Matt also acts for several private lending institutions as review counsel.

His Corporate practice focuses on assisting business owners on a wide variety of corporate governance, including incorporations, commercial leasing, financing, re-organizations, shareholder agreements & acquisitions.

Matt also practices in the area of wills and estates and advises clients regularly on how best to tailor an Estate Plan that meets both their needs and goals while minimizing their tax obligations. He also regularly assists Executors with the administration of Estates, including applications for Probate.

Prior to his career in law, Matt spent three seasons with the coaching staff of the Vancouver Canucks while playing varsity golf at Simon Fraser University. On weekends, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and young family- fitting in a round of golf where possible.
