Danesh Rana is a member of the firm’s litigation group with a practice focused on employment, insurance and commercial disputes. His clients appreciate his forthright assessment of each matter, his ability to guide them through complex and unfamiliar proceedings, and his determination to push their interests until a satisfactory outcome is reached.

Zachary Gaulin advises individuals and families on estate planning, estate administration, residential real estate and family law agreements. He has a natural instinct to help those in need and an ability to connect with people and provide reassurance and guidance during difficult or emotional legal proceedings.

A corporate and real estate lawyer, Madelaine Thurston uses her financial acumen and project management skills to complete complex corporate restructurings, secured lending transactions and corporate and commercial real estate acquisitions and sales. Madelaine serves on the Board of Directors of the Foundation for Prader-Willi Research Canada.
