Associate Lawyer – Real Estate and Business Law
Kelly Santini LLP is seeking a Junior Associate to join our Real Estate and Business Practice Group. Ideal applicants will have 1-3 years of post call experience, however new calls are encouraged to apply and will be considered. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in developing a real estate practice with the full support and guidance of an experienced and established firm.
As a member of our team, you will work alongside seasoned lawyers who are committed to helping you build a strong foundation in real estate law while also gaining exposure to various aspects of business law, expanding your expertise and service to clients in both areas.

Requirements & Skills:
- Law degree from an accredited law school and a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Manage high volume of residential real estate transactions, including conducting due diligence and title searches, drafting and reviewing agreements, leases, and financing documents
- Support clients on business transactions such as incorporations, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
- Solid analytical, legal research and drafting skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong business development skills and a proactive approach to networking and client acquisition
- Contributes positively to workplace culture, building positive working relationships across the firm
- Takes a proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Effective file and practice management skills are essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, GhostPractice, Teraview, and Unity
- A commitment to upholding firm values, including exceptional client service, community engagement and the advancement of diversity and inclusion
