With standard working hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, the successful candidate will have direct experience in residential real estate transactions, demonstrate strong work ethic and initiative. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in corporate and commercial transactions, an aptitude for negotiation, and proven practice management skills. In this position you will have the opportunity to expand your practice with the full support of an established firm by confidently managing a file load independently and assisting on larger more complex matters.
 
The West End Ottawa law office of Kelly Santini LLP is seeking a legal assistant with corporate experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of documents and correspondence, communicating effectively with clients and providing a range of administrative support with minimal direction.
