Drawing on his past experience as plaintiff counsel, Danesh advises insurers on the defence of motor vehicle and bodily injury claims. In each case, Danesh combines a commercial perspective with his legal recommendations so that the matter can be resolved in the best interest of his clients.
When matters cannot be resolved through negotiation, arbitration or mediation, Danesh is always prepared to take a file to trial. He has successfully appeared before numerous tribunals, as well as the Ontario Divisional and Superior Courts, and the Court of Appeal.
