Neelum’s practice focuses on employment law and estate litigation. Whether advising an employer on staffing decisions, an employee unfairly let go, or a family in an estate dispute, Neelum ensures each client is heard, understood and empowered to make an informed decision. She is adept at representing clients in court and excels in challenging and fast-paced environments.

In her employment law practice, Neelum advises both employers and employees on a wide variety of workplace disputes, including termination disputes, workplace harassment, and discrimination claims. She also provides proactive services to management aimed at preventing disputes from occurring. Additionally, she advises on the employment law impacts of M&A transactions.

In her estate litigation practice, Neelum has advised many families in Section 3 disputes over undue influence and lack of capacity. She also advises on disputes involving beneficiaries and estate executors. She also advises on disputes involving beneficiaries and estate executors.

Fluent in Urdu and Hindi, Neelum is able to communicate effectively with a diverse client base. Outside of her legal practice, Neelum enjoys art, especially Rococo and abstract expressionism, and loves spending time in nature.
